Dennis, Tara & Coach Lisa discuss the fun had last night at the first MCBL Community Night. They discuss why bone broth can be used to "bring you back from the dead" when dealing with sickness. Coach Lisa discusses a problem she sees often with underdevleoped or tight calves that can lead to other posterior chain issues including plantar fasciitis and low back pain.
